Participants wishing to make a presentation on the results of their research are cordially invited to submit a paper according to the following instructions. Accepted papers will be presented in either oral or poster sessions.
Initial acceptance is Abstract only. Please do not submit a full paper until requested.

	1. Abstract

	Deadline:		August 31, 2011
	Submission:		Only on-line submission. No fax and e-mail submissions will be accepted.
	Format:		Download the template from the following button. Only one page is accepted.

	2. Full Paper

Authors of accepted abstracts are requested to submit a full paper for a review. Authors will be notified of acceptance of their submissions and review results posted by January 31, 2012. The authors should correspond to the review results. The final submission of papers corresponding to the review results will be by March 15, 2012.

	Deadline:		December 16, 2011 (First submission of full paper)
	Submission:		On-line submission only. Fax and e-mail submissions will not be accepted.
	Format:		Download the template below. Only less than 6 pages and even number of pages is accepted.

	3. Presentation Data

Authors are requested to submit electronic presentation data to the secretariat office of JCOLD at the first floor of the ICC Kyoto.

	Deadline:		June 3-4, 2012
	Submission:		Detail of instruction will be provided later.
	Format:		Power point slides format
	File soft:		Only Micro Soft Power Point 97 or later version is required.

	Oral Presentation

The presentation should be made in English. Time allotment for each speech will be 10 minutes. The discussion will be made in several minutes after several papers presented.

	Poster Presentation

During the poster session, authors should be available at their posters to provide information and answer questions relating to their papers.
